A game-day home on the web for a new Portland sports pub
Playmakers Pizza & Pub is a brand-new sports pub and pizzeria in Portland, Maine, right next to the newly renovated Dome on Warren Avenue, from the family team behind Paper City BBQ. They needed a launch-ready site to show off the menu, drive online orders, and book private events before the game-day crowd came looking. We designed and built it fast, mobile-first, and ready for opening day.
The Goal
Playmakers was opening its doors as Portland's new game-day destination, and it needed a website ready on day one. The brief was simple: make it easy for the post-game crowd and weekend regulars to see the menu, order online, and find the place, all from a phone, fast.
Menu front and center
The full lineup of bar pies, specialty pizzas, wings, burgers, and baked mac, easy to browse on any screen.
Online ordering in one tap
A clear path straight to Toast for takeout and delivery, surfaced everywhere it matters.

An inquiry form for booking the function room that routes requests straight to the team's inbox.

The Site
We built a fast, mobile-first static site that captures the sports-pub energy: bold navy-and-green branding, real photography of the space and the food, and a layout that gets out of the way. The menu, a photo gallery, happy-hour specials, online ordering, and a private-events form all live on one smooth single-page experience.

The Outcome
Playmakers launched with a polished web presence that matches the room: quick to load, easy to use, and built for the game-day crowd. Guests can browse the full menu, jump straight to online ordering, and send a private-events request in a couple of taps.
It's the second site we've built for this family-run group, after Paper City BBQ, and another local Maine spot we're proud to help launch.
